Facility Rates and Information

• The room facility rate is $35 per hour
• Groups that exceed $300 in catering services receive four hours free
• $50 minimum room rental charge
• A nonrefundable room reservation deposit of $50 must be paid to reserve the date of your event
• Catering services require an additional deposit
• California tax of 7.25% is included in all listed pricing
• Discounted rates available to groups that meet on a regular basis
• Above prices apply only to events held in Shelley's Banquet Room

Driving Directions

Conveniently located off Highway 99 in south Chico. Take the Skyway exit (east off of 99) and travel two blocks to Zanella Way and turn right. (Ginno's Appliance Center and Computers Plus are on the corners of Skyway and Zanella.) Travel down Zanella for two blocks to Morrow Lane and we are on the northeast corner of Zanella and Morrow.
